Refund policy
Return and exchangeĀ
- All hijab sales are final
- Items eligible for return within 3 days of deliveryĀ
- Abayas must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items with oil stains perfume scents or any signs of wear, will not be accepted
- Abayas can be exchanged for a different size and/or abaya.
- Cash refunds are not allowed, all refunds are done via bank transfer. This is for proof of refund and to mitigate cash being lost, stolen or misplaced.
- Option is available to have store credit rather than refundĀ
- Customers are responsible for exchange/return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect

Order Cancellations
- For full refund cancellations must be made within 12hrs of placing order to avoid unnecessary shipping cost
- Once order has been processed for shipping it cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method
- If the order has already been shipped out before cancellation, customers would need to follow our return policy.
- Customers with repeat order cancellations (3 or more) will be blacklisted from placing future orders
