Shipping policy

Failed delivery 

  • If our delivery service is unable to reach customer due to refusal to accept the package, incorrect contact information or failure to respond, the package will be returned to us and a reshipping fee will apply to customer
  • If customer chooses not to reship a partial refund will be issued - excluding material and delivery cost
  • For cash on delivery orders, 2 or more failed attempts to deliver package will result in customer being blacklisted from making future orders.
